Scope of this policy
This policy describes our marketing website at greaterangelssoftware.com. Interactive applications hosted on subdomains — including the product demo at demo.greaterangelssoftware.com and any customer deployments — process data as part of that product and are governed by the product’s separate Privacy & Data-Handling notice, not this policy.
What this website collects
This marketing website is a static informational site. It sets no advertising cookies, embeds no social or analytics trackers, and makes no requests to third-party servers; fonts, icons, and scripts are all served directly from this domain. Standard web-server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) may be retained briefly for security and reliability, and are not used to build profiles or shared for marketing.
Information you choose to send us
If you email us or book a call, we receive what you provide: typically your name, organization, contact details, and the substance of your inquiry. We use it only to respond to you and to conduct the business relationship you initiated. We do not sell or rent it.
Scheduling tool
Our “book a call” links open a self-hosted scheduling application on our own infrastructure. Details you enter to book a meeting (name, email, and any notes) are used solely to schedule and prepare for that meeting.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the conversation or engagement it relates to, plus any period required by law. We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, consistent with the engineering practices described elsewhere on this site.
Your choices
